I bought 2 handbags and a pair of kilim shoes, I would say quality and delivery is better then one of the other stores in richmond I dealt with. May be I will go for another Kilim Runner net month.

Happy to say I had an extremely positive experience with everyone at the Rugstore, first I had one antique rug cleaned a few weeks ago and I was so happy with the service I had to come back with all my other rugs! Would definitely recommend their cleaning and the family were all such lovely people to deal with.
