We selected Knights Roofing even though they were expensive but we expected a quality job, and comeback should there have been an issue. They have let us down. After the work they initially acknowledged a problem we raised and tried to fix it. When we complained that the problem continued, Knights did not respond for 4 weeks despite several emails and phone calls and then finally rejected our concerns after we sent them a letter. We have been left very disappointed by Knights, and would not recommend them. If you do use them make sure you are 100% satisfied before you pay.

Came to do the job, failed to secure a ladder as they should in windy conditions. Ladder then fell on my car causing damage. The workmen then left without telling me obviously hoping I would never know. It was only when I called up that it was finally admitted. Avoid this company at all costs, completely dishonest.

Made an appointment for them to come for a quote at 8.30 am They did not turn up. No explanation whatsoever for this. Would not use someone if they cannot turn up when said they would and not even call if there was an issue This surely says a lot about their professionalism, and dedication to their work

Waited at my son’s house for them to turn up to give us a quote for replacing a few roof tiles. They did not turn up when they said they would and upon leaving his property found an envelope through the door with the costs of a full roof replacement! They hadn’t even bothered to look at the roof. Would not recommend. Found an honest roofer who did the work - no roof replacement.

We have used this company several times over the last few years to patch up our 110 year old roof. They are unfailingly prompt and friendly. Their work is exemplary and very effective. Now the old roof has finally started to fail in a big way I have unhesitatingly gone to them to completely renew it.I am not related in any way to this firm, the name is just a coincidence.

Called to give quote on 4th nov and gave date of 22nd dec to replace tiles and felt as damp on bedroom wall because of it. They rang week before to say behind with work and date changed to 14th jan! I reluctantly agreed as damp now quite bad.On the big day they never showed so rang up and they said behind with work again and that it might be the day after!! I said it would be common courtesy to have let me know this and I therefore cancelled the proposed work. Oh dear!!!

Knights Roofing came and quoted promptly, unlike others who simply did not turn up. A date for the work was agreed although an emergency job led to my work being done the following day. The lads were pleasant and thorough on a bitterly cold day and I would use Knight's Roofing for future work.
