What could be a warm cosy cafe turned into a lack lustre miserable Sunday brunch.The lady server needs to learn some manners,customer service was poor.A smile and friendly welcome surely doesn't cost.It was only us in there so hardly run off their feet.The atmosphere was shocking and quite frankly uncomfortable.Nearly £40 for three panninis and tea,iv had better at a service station.Cheer up, bring some genuine warmth.Will 100% not be returning to a cafe that needs to up it's game.

I walked in for breakfast and got a load of attitude instead! When I asked if the juice was freshly prepared, the owner very patronisingly told me he could make it in front of me to prove it was fresh and it was mentioned on the menu 'fresh juice'. WOW! I pointed out it wasn't. It was merely a valid and polite question and the rudeness was unwarranted. He then begrudgingly apologised saying he was having a bad day. They later waived of the juice but someone should tell this delightful gentleman that if he is having a bad day, don't serve! And polite and kind service is much more appreciated than a free drink. It is not asking for much.Step in at your own risk!

My one-star review is for prices.I bought a packet of Italian biscuits (Pan di Stelle, Mulin Bianco) for £5.90, it is incredibly overpriced.It is £2.72 on Ocado and £3.90 at the Sicilian café/restaurant on the other side of the road (Adesso), so there is no justification for such prices.

An elegant choice for a coffee and cake. Nicely decorated, affordable art hanging on the walls, a little store with Italian specialties and less expensive than a high street competition down the road. Get a table next to window and enjoy looking over the bridge.

The coffee is outstanding and 100% consistent, plus the food here is great, plus they have always been willing to be creative. The other day, they added scrambled eggs (on the side) to a ham and cheese croissant. This was not on the menu but they were happy to make this adjustment for me. Don't get me wrong, the on-the-menu items are also excellent. Definitely try the chocolate pistachio brownie. It's seriously good. #highly_recommended

Small and cozy coffee shop with a great selection of sweet perfect to make a small gift box.The owner was so nice, such a sweet heart you'd want to go back just to be in good company. A truly must visit !

Consistently the best coffee in Richmond. Italian & Lebanese grocery and café. Sandwiches, salads, crêpes, pastries. Very friendly, cozy, tasty food. A favorite!

Seems like a cosy place. The lady at the till wasn’t very welcoming. Bought two pastries to take out - thought they were overpriced and not of great quality. Pecan tart had no flavour, the almond tart was the same and the filling was just more pastry.

Amazing coffees, hot tea, and divine cannolis and Florentine biscuits. Lots of take home Italian goodies as well. This cafe deserves all the return customers from the neighbour hood and beyond.
