Roseland Parc

My mum has lived at Roseland Parc for nearly 10 years. Whilst hard for her to leave her old family home, it has meant she has many options available to keep her active and engaged with a group of like-minded people who have chosen to live there.There is a very broad programme of activities which she enjoys, ranging from games such as quizzes, eucre card game, scrabble, etc., exercise classes in pilates, zumba, swimming, coffee mornings, special themed evening meals.Since she stopped driving, she benefits from mini-bus trips to local gardens, to interesting places to visit, to Truro city and local supermarkets, out for lunches, etc.The optional daily lunches in the restaurant are a good way to ensure that she gets out to socialise every day and not have to worry about food shopping and cooking every day.Access to known and friendly staff to clean her home and provide handyman services, laundry services and if necessary attend for any medical treatment or emergencies is very reassuring. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and caring.Roseland Parc thus caters for a wide range of senior" people from those still very mobile and engaging with all that Cornwall offers locally but who are wanting to be prepared for future changes

We moved to Roseland Parc just a year ago. This little village within a village is beautifully maintained and the various, freely available, events and services are very well run by the Management Team. We moved from the remoteness of The Lizard and were a little concerned that we were moving into village life"

I moved to Roseland Parc Retirement Village as a widower in April, 2018 since when I have had not one regret. I am provided if, as or when I want it with company, food, entertainment, emergency help, general assistance, transport to shops, expeditions or none of the above, depending how I feel. What's not to like?

All encompassing retirement PARC which offers excellent hotel services and support

My mother has been living at this amazing Retirement Village since January 2022 and she absolutely loves it! The village is in a beautiful setting and the gardens are a sight to behold whatever the season. The staff are unfailingly helpful to her and nothing is too much trouble. She can interact as much or as little as she wants in events organised on a monthly basis. Thank you to all!

Poor control by Care Staff? Needs looking at by local authority. Poor organisation. Residence feel insecure!

Roseland Parc has been all that i wanted. Following my marriage breakdown i needed somewhere to live and Cornwall feels like a different country!Complete Independence with my own front door but the benefit that if one needs help it is promptly and cheerfully available, as proven when i set fire to my microwave last week!
