Absolutely disgusting, turned up 2 hours late, opened up the cookie dough and was literally like mush spoke to them about this and refused a refund! DONT GO HERE ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!!!

Our order took 1hr 20 mins to arrive and when it did, we were disappointed to say the least!It was all very cold and because of this, the waffle with the white sauce had become very stodgy and inedible.I won't be ordering from here again!

The puds were amazing. Especially the old school sprinkle cake. Mmmmmmm. Very good value for money. I WILL be ordering again. Best puddings in this area. Thank you louies.

Oh DearFirst time in seeing Louie's, thought what a nice idea after Sunday dinner, placed order at 19.16 ... Ate Sunday tea .... time now 20.42 and still no order, Missus phoned as was given awaiting delivery driver expect another 15min wait.REALLY, come on you provide the wait times, if you cannot deliver in the times don't advertise them.Again what do you actually cook here because i reckon i could knock up a dessert from scratch in less time.Upshot never again, grab a supermarket dessertWell what can I say, the desserts actually arrived at 21.10. BUT on Tuesday, we had a knock at the door, and there stood Louise herself with the cost of our order, offering a refund.Now in all my years of exsistance I have never been offered a refund for an order we've had.Fair play I cannot fault the customer service there, desserts were super.If only other takeaway establishments took a leaf out of Louie's customer service .

This place has a great menu, though unfortunately the food is extremely low quality and not even slightly how the pictures advertise.. the sugar donuts were awful, I think they microwaved them as they were extremely chewy and tiny. The cookie dough was like raw mush, nothing even has a good taste to it. We will never be getting anything from this place ever again.
