London Relocation Consultancy managed to get us very good discounts from the developers which we would not be able to get ourselves due to the volume of sales they doing for these developers. LRC helped us to find tenants and they managing our flats all in house. Security is very important to us hence a development with 24/7 concierge and excellent facilities stole our heart. I have been working with London Relocation Consultancy for at least 8 years now as purchased few new builds through LRC company and they are helping me to let and manage my properties. I have visited London few times since and every time I visited my managed properties myself also to check the state of the properties which very good as shows that the company cares and doing their job properly. In one of the new build flats we had a construction issue which was out of the warranty where developer refused to do anything about it however the company managed to get the developer to do the works for free which saved me thousands of pounds again.
