Excellent service from start to finish. The team arrived on time, cleared the property in super fast time. Called when finished so we could go back and secure the property and waited for me to arrive before leaving. Staff where friendly polite and very helpful. Can’t recommend this company enough ,would definitely use them again should the need arise. Thank you for a great job done.

Random selection for house clearance on line came up with Property Clearance Co. Ltd. What a find! Paul and Kerry were due between 8am and 9am but actually arrived at 7.40. First impression was that they looked extremely friendly and professional and I wasn’t wrong. Did an amazing job so quickly and efficiently and the clearance was completed within 40 minutes. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Just absolutely first class!Very quick to respond to my queries and able to provide three vans and six people with less than a week’s notice.They arrived on time, did exactly what they said they would do and were friendly and courteous throughout. They managed to clear our fully furnished two bed terrace, plus garden and shed items in less than two hours!I very highly recommend this company for property clearance. Excellent.

Normally, when I read ALL 5* reviews, some of which are on the point of gushing, I am like, it cannot be true! If this is you too, let me assure you, in this case, do not be concerned. It is as others say.... quick email to the team, I was given some dates with van availability, including next day, spoke to very helpful lady on the phone. The two guys turned up just prior to 08:00 the next day, ready to rock and roll. They had the Luton van full in less than three hours and were away. Job done! Very polite, worked hard and clearly were very experienced. Waste Disposal Notice in hand knowing that they will recycle everything possible to do so to avoid landfill. So yes, 5* it is, and well deserved. Thank you team. You really saved a monumental effort for me in a situation that has been a very difficult one to deal with.

I was dreading clearing my Mum’s house out but the people from The Property Clearance Company made it easy at every stage. They were very professional and efficient, I had forgotten that there were some bits left in the greenhouse and nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again if needed. A big thank you to them all.

Well I can't recommend this company enough, they are absolutely amazing, you will not find another company as professional, helpful, hardworking and just outright totally fantastic.Like someone else said in there review, I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but in this case, it would of been an absolute crime if I didn't take the time to let people know that they can use this company with 100% confidence.So to cut a long story short, I was let down by another company, who disgustingly sent me a text 15 minutes before they were due to arrive. So let me tell you, I was in an absolute panic, but as soon as I contacted these guys, they were amazing. So as I was due to move two days after contacting them, well they fitted me in the very next morning, changing there work orders to fit me in and we'll they didn't disappoint.So the very next morning, Paul and Nichola arrived. They arrived exactly when they said they would and let me tell you, they are worth there weight in gold and then some. They absolutely worked there socks off and totally cleared my home in under an hour and a half. They totally blew me away with how hard they worked and are an absolute credit to the company. I've never come across two people who worked as hard as these guys and they were totally lovely to boot.Well I can honestly say that you will not be disappointed using this company. As from the lady who answered my phone call and replied to my emails sorting out payment, to Paul and Nicola, they all went above and beyond to help me and I'm 100% sure you will be treated with exactly the same care and attention and you will be as happy as I was...

I don't normally leave feedback but like most people I rely on other peoples experiences so i thought i should. I had to clear my late mother in laws property very quickly as returning home to Italy. My first contact over the phone was professional, knowledgeable and honest. I booked 2 vans to arrive 2 days later for 7.30 in the morning. As promised 2 vans arrived at 7am and by 8.30am the vans were full and house empty. They treated our furniture with respect and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this company everytime wherever you are in the UK. Fantastic service and thank you.

The two guys who came yesterday to clear rubbish from my spare room worked tremendously hard and took everything that I asked them to. I will not hesitate to use this company again and would recommend to friends and family. Thanks guys
