After I got my car back after a front end collision (car reversed into me) 3 months later, my alternator broke after a week.The way the car was took off the transporter was shambolic, couldn't get the ramp to go down so insisted on bouncing my car off the road. A week later I put screen wash in, it leaked straight out. So they hadn't replaced that!! Just took it for an mot and it's failed on the front bumper looking like it may come off at anytime due to the awful glue" they have used. Only used them because that's where the orher party's insurance insisted it went. Please avoid

PBR did an absolutely amazing job of fixing my van after a crash in 2020 - so good you couldn’t tell anything had ever happened to it. They are so friendly and helpful. I came in again today with a problem with a leaky door, and they had it sorted within 30 mins. Thank you SO much - what an amazing team! I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.

Great service from start to finish. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We were kept well informed as the job progressed. Early completion was very much appreciated as our vehicle was needed for summer holidays. Absolutely perfect job, the work was done to a very high standard. Penrith Body Repairs were amazing from start to finish! They collected my car without a fuss and gave me a very smart little run-around as a courtesy car.Catherine was extremely helpful every time I spoke to her and the body work was 10/10.Highly recommend to anyone!

Excellent friendly, service. It took quite a while to book the car in for the repair but when I finally took it in Catherine was very efficient and friendly. She kept me informed throughout and although there was a slight delay in the repair, the vehicle was well repaired.

Penrith Body Repairs have done a very superior paint repair job on my campervan.
