K-9 Cabin

Tammy & the team are excellent. My dog was struggling with confidence around other dogs but already after 5 sessions at K-9 she’s far better.Every dog looks like they are loving their time there!Definitely recommend this business, without question.

K-9 Cabin is fantastic! The facilities are amazing and the girls are too. My dog has the best time when attending day care and comes home exhausted from all the fun they create. The parties are also brilliant. Looking for an amazing place for your dog to be while working etc then look no further cause this is it.

Cooper loves seeing his pals at K-9 each week!He is well looked after and obviously has tonnes of fun. Tammy and the team are super friendly.

I used Tammy for Home Boarding, my dog came back with pink eye and she apparently didn’t know how it had happened and didn’t investigate this matter in line with health and safety. I had to take my frightened dog to the vets and pay for medication, he suffered with it for several weeks.You don’t get responses, you don’t get pictures or videos when requested or even as a update, you don’t get updates on your dogs day. You feel like you’re burdening her by asking for updates. She switches off her phone around 7pm so you can’t contact in case of an emergency. It’s like you have to force her to update you.Trying to book with her is a nightmare, I appreciate people become busy but I’ve contacted her several times and it’s either she’s booked up (conveniently) or her booking isn’t open and she’ll “contact me when it is”, which she hasn’t.I have found a lovely couple that will give my dog what he needs and then some by a mile, who won’t leave him in a crate, give him pink eye and give him a safe environment he deserves whilst I’m away.I’d avoid Tammy for home boarding, I can’t speak on the other services she provides (which are included in the home boarding) as I haven’t got any proof of how he was!Update: I can’t seem to respond to the owner on here.I left a review of my experience, I have no intention of discussing privately as it has been discussed before. Anyway:Even more worrying that you don’t have record of the incident? It was most definitely reported.Aside from the pink eye, I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, seems fair? As I wasn’t told if it was another dog, poor care, hygiene so I didn’t think it was fair to discontinue use of Tammy if I didn’t have an answer to whether or not it was her as she didn’t investigate.What situation is it that you’re referring to? I contacted multiple times to book for home boarding and was told XYZ. I’m sorry but the responses felt off and I can only speak from how the messages were interpreted.

Tammy and staff are so lovely and have been wonderful. You can see how much they care for the dogs. My pup gets so excited when she gets dropped off at daycare and tries to drag me to the door to get in!

Tammy and the team at K-9 cabin are amazing, I cannot recommend them enough! They have completely restored our dogs confidence in being around other dogs. We have special requirements for our dogs health and Tammy offered every bit of help and support she could to make sure he has everything he needs. Ted absolute loves spending time with them!

We’ve been sending our boys to K9 cabin for years now and we wouldn’t change it. Tammy and team look after them so well and it’s clear they are two happy boys when they get home. I couldn’t recommend K9 cabin enough.

Tammy and the staff were amazing with my 11 month old miniature dachshund! He can be quite nervous so I wasn't sure that he was going to settle. However, when I picked him up he had been absolutely fine the whole time and really enjoyed himself! Just goes to show how patient, loving and caring the staff are! Will definitely be taking Frank back!
