Very good company.. efficient

I’ve been there for an interview and sense I’ve got there I felt something is wrong with this company.From the entrance I come across with poor management ,where I haven’t found any person but I found the registration book where I felt free to register in case something wrong will happen during my visit and to be identified.They communicate with visitors by messages written on the paper stick on the wall and they give you guidance by them too.They run the business after the syntagma “WE ARE THE COMPANY, WE MAKE THE ROLE, YOU HAVE TO OBEY!!!”
