Limited camera stock, nice people behind the counter, but high prices. There again, I'm sure the Internet generates far more camera sales these days, than High Street shops do.Good efficient service on passport photos.

GOOD for passport photos if you need to get new ones.

I had a document I wanted printing out in black and white and framed, in a short turnaround. Gemma and Luke from the Lymington team made some great suggestions as to frames and mounts and I was able to collect the following day. Fantastic service and creativity, during a pandemic too. Thank you!

Update: I have been given a full refund and the area manager has offered to take my film and re-scan it then send it back to me, so this has improved my experience.I paid over £50 to have my film scanned at high res with short notice. I appreciate that the shop made time for me, but there are fingerprints all over my film. These screenshots are just one example of the same photo, the clear one is a lower res scan I did at home and the shadowed and damaged one is from the shop. I am supposed to be using some of these photographs to support an exhibition and now I am very stressed about having to heavy edit them due to dust, fingerprints and darkness levels I haven't experienced when scanning my own film. Not the service I expected.

Paid £500 for a camera repair and they returned the camera with a new problem. Company blamed me and said I had no proof that the camera arrived back to me damaged. They Wanted another £100 to fix a problem they created. They have dragged this out for 4months resulting in lost revenue for my online business. Thought this was a reputable local business.

I urgently needed a passport photo, having been messed about at Booths had produced nothing.I went to Wessex Photos in Ringwood hoping that they may be able to help.They were able to help, producing a photo that has been accepted by the Passport Office, in a few minutes, with spare printed copies, but importantly also sending me an email copy together with a code - which enabled my Photo to appear with my application at PPO.The Manager, Jemma i think, was very efficient, knew just what she was about, helpful and pleasant the final cost was very reasonable.So thanks very much Wessex Photo
