Phoenix Airsoft

Went for a 'stag do' with some family and friends, great day well organised with decent kit that was part of the rental. I/ we'll definitely go again, would recommend without hesitation!

Decided to change the rating as I was judging on my last experience not my overall. First visit was excellent. The site, the staff and the facilities are decent. My second visit was really not very good, a lot of sub par games chosen which can happen and I'm usually forgiving of that. Things I'm not happy with, many players running hot guns, one player in particular blasting me with what was definitely more than 30rps of fire, a guy constantly shooting me in the face when I was stood there with my hand up clearly already hit, and to top it off, getting told I should cheer up by one of the marshalls. Normally I would report players, but all I could do was report that a bush just opened fire on me with a hot gun.The second visit also ended up being AEG Vs HPA, and there were some who stopped playing without the teams being rebalanced.I've tried a few different sites out over the years, and had not so great days, but if that was my first day trying out Airsoft, it would have put me off for life. I heard a youtuber was there as well, and I'd love to pin it on that, but honestly I never saw them and they never made any fuss about them, so I can't say for definite.So tl:dr I might have just come on a freak day where stuff just wasn't working, and players just couldn't be managed, but it has put me off going again, as who wants to drive for over an hour to risk a bad day like that?

I went to Pheonix Airsoft on 26.8.23 with a friend. We both had the best day. The best Marshall’s I’ve come across. Shop amazing, loved the walkers army surplus, a nice added extra. Site is very large and a nice mix of games.

I've had 2 days here now and it's very quickly become my favourite site I've been to amazing marshalls good games good organisation will be making the my regular site

As my first time at airsoft, I definitely felt like I hit the nail on the head with the location. Me and my friend went on Saturday 2nd September and it was one of the most exciting experiences we’d had. Unfortunately, there was issues with both of our rifles during the day but a lad named Cody and Kev helped us out so much and explained a few things around BB’s and adjusting the hop (as the bbs I was using was the issue). He was very kind and helpful and even convinced my to purchase a membership at Phoenix airsoft and you guys will definitely be seeing me again as the day itself was amazing.

Friendly atmosphere, marshals are friendly and helpful as well as safety conscious. Food is decently priced shop didn't have much stock but I was assured there'll be more in soon.

Been going here since April with my lad, both of us really enjoy the site, great location, great players and marshals. A really good mix of games on the day. Shop and food on site. Highly recommended.

This was our first time at the site. As we arrived for the night time game. We were blown away of the size of the site. The staff were friendly and a laugh. The only thing that was a downer, was the portaloos. They need a chemical refill and desperately. Even 2 girls that walked in to their loo thought I had a serious condition. But this was the flush. So if this was to be rectified, it would be a so much better. Also toilet paper as well!!!!! Myself and he team will be back for a game in 2024. We ain’t going to let the loo thing stop us from coming back but it does need to be looked into for them to be emptied and refilled with the proper chemicals.
