Nicola was so lovely and made the most incredible wedding cake and vegan cupcakes for our wedding last week. The cake looked and tasted amazing and the cupcakes got great reviews. We will definitely be going back for more cake in the future. Thank you!

Beautiful cakes designed and created by a beautiful person! Nicola made two cakes for us at the same time and boy can she keep a secret! Whilst I was talking to her about making my mom's 80th birthday cake, she was busy replicating our original wedding cake for my 10th anniversary as a surprise from my husband. It wasn't even made in this country and it was EXACTLY the same inside and out, even down to the raspberry and lemon filling. Nothing was too much trouble, no detail overlooked and her warmth and enthusiasm is infectious. She is so generous with her time and incredibly thoughtful. I felt like I'd known her forever. We've had many cakes made over the years but they never usually taste as good as they look - Nicola's do. If they ever record a professional version of the Bake Off, we have our winner! A thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish. You won't be disappointed!

Nicola is a dream to work with, the nicest person you will ever meet. The whole experience was extremely professional. The cake was exactly how we visioned it and tasted absolutely amazing, each tier was a different flavour. We would 100% use Nicola again for other events and we would recommend her to anyone xx

Nicola provided the most wonderful, bespoke cake for my husband's 50th birthday. She suggested designs and when I wanted something different, she didn't hesitate to do them. The cake was fabulous and very tasty. I'd thoroughly recommend her!

Nicola made us the most beautiful wedding cake. We knew it would be delicious because we had a cake tasting morning with her a couple of months ago, but it was more delicious than we could have hoped! We chose two different flavours in our three-tier cake: two tiers were lemon and one tier was raspberry. The cake looked beautiful too. Nicola is very friendly, professional and quick to respond to emails. We would highly recommend her to anyone needing a wedding cake. Thank you Nicola!

A beautifully personalised cake for my mum’s 90th birthday that was a total tasty triumph. After discussing the brief with Nicky she provided several design suggestions which we fine tuned to a cake with a figure modelled on an old photo of my mum. Her enthusiasm for the project was a delight and her commitment to ensuring we got what we wanted in time for when we wanted was total, despite the small matter of her own holiday getting in the way. All my mum’s allergies and tastes were catered for and the end result couldn’t have been more perfect. Thank you Nicky!

Having contacted Nicola about plans to produce a bespoke birthday cake for my daughter's upcoming 50th birthday, I was so impressed by the knowledge and attention to detail Nicola provided, making the type of cake easy to choose. Nothing was too much trouble for Nicola, be it the size, shape, style and colours of the required cake.My daughter has always showed a complete love for The Blues, and is still a complete Bluenose to this day, this then had to be the theme.I appreciate I was a complete pest, always adding and changing the style and content of the cake. However, everything I requested was fulfilled by Nicola.When the finished cake was presented to Lisa, her reaction was breathtaking. Nicola made me the most delicious black forest chocolate cake for my birthday recently. It tasted lovely and numerous friends have commented on how good it looks. Thanks to my partner Vicky for liaising with Nicola, who she said was so friendly and a pleasure to deal with and thanks to Nicola for creating such a stunning cake. Highly recommended.
