My family and I had the best experience with Wari Couture. The staff and owner were very respectful and professional. They took detailed measurements of each of us and had some beautiful outfits made for all of us ahead of the time. Highly recommend this store.. best service I’ve had in a long time.

Thank you for helping me create my perfect wedding dress! Very friendly and helpful and my dress turned out even better than I expected! I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for bridal/party wear.Only thing I would mention - you can not collect orders on the weekend as they have no tailor, but that is pretty standard for most the shops in Birmingham! :)

Very pleased with our experience at Wari, we ordered custom made outfits and they came out gorgeous. All the small details were noted and they were made perfectly! Also, thanks to the lady who took our measurements correctly. Great service, thank you.

*******WARNING*******DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP YOU WILL DEFINATELY REGRET IT IF YOU DOThese people have caused me undue stress.I would give them ZERO STARS if i could but google wont let me write a review if i dont give a star.Im not one to write reviews but on this occassion i felt i had to, to warn others about these people.I wish i had read the reviews before ordering from here.NEVER have i encountered such RUDE and DISGUSTING behaviour from shop staff,the woman with the nasty long nails and blonde hair has absolutely no manners.She started swearing at us when we said we wanted to cancel the order and told us to get out of her shop or she will call the police.The owner behaved like an animal too. I had to go back to the shop from London AFTER 6 WEEKS of me trying to contact them by phone,text,email.They show their customers ZERO ounce of respect. They take your money and ignore you.

Walked into the shop yesterday whilst there was a commotion going on. A lady walked into the shop infront of me with very bad attitude towards the staff in the store complaining her dress wasn't ready when it wasn't due for another month. I was eavesdropping on the conversation and the staff were doing their best to remain respectful but this lady was talking very badly to them and also went on to tell other customers walking into the shop Don't order from them". Any business would not tolerate this. The staff and the owner were accommodating the needs of this customer whilst she continued to shout in their face. One staff member lady did say to the customer that she would make her leave the store if she continues to tell other customers to leave when they are doing their best to resolve the matter. Bear in mind this customers dress wasn't due for another month. I applaud the staff for taking on this lady's appalling entitled behaviour. Her daughter even went on to say " you work for £2 an hour selling Asian dresses". This attitude towards shop staff is not ok. I however had an amazing experience with the ladies in the shop and bought my outfit and I was very happy with my purchase. They were respectful and very polite and I would definitely recommend this place. Don't believe all bad reviews you see guys. Everyone has their own experience. Treat people how you wish to be treated and the world is a better place."

Walked in and walked out again. Overheard a poor lady whose money they had taken months ago for a suit, and has had no communication with them since. She drove from London especially to check up on things as her function was soon. She was greeted by the staff threatening and swearing at her. Was the most disgraceful display of customer service I have ever seen, so much so I left the premises. Definitely put a dampener on my trust in this shop to deliver and deliver professionally! Steer clear.

Amazing store. Bought one of my bridal outfits from here and it was perfect. Custom designed exactly how I asked and arrived earlier than expected. Great service and great prices, definitely recommend.

My bridal lengha and kameez came out so perfect. I did not expect such amazing results. The fitting and colours were just perfect and fit me in within an emergency order and got my dress to me within 4 weeks. Definitely recommend one of the best bridal shops on Stratford road affordable with even better quality
