We bought our first car from here quite a few months back and I just had to leave a review as the experience we had was so good compared to other company’s we went to, as first time buyers not knowing much they made us feel confident in our purchase, they weren’t pushy like others can be and answered all our questions really well and helped with advice to, being first time buyers we had no clue! the car has been great and we have had no issues, we have recommended NU2U and hope to look in to getting another car from them when the time comes to upgrade

I would like to warn future customers about this car dealer. Make sure to thoroughly check what you're buying. After purchasing a car from this gentleman, the car broke down after 20 minutes. After two weeks, the car was returned, and the total cost was refunded after a small discussion, which was the only positive aspect. The car was overheating, the radiator fan was not working, the brakes were in such a state that they wouldn't pass an MOT, door seals were glued with silicone, the front windshield was coming apart, and there was a crack in the front windshield. Further use posed a risk of blowing the head gasket. The car was returned and immediately put up for sale on the same day. It's a gray FORD Fiesta Zetec S. When making a purchase, please make sure to check if the cooling system has been repaired. This person may now argue that I could have checked it and had time for it. I'm not a mechanic, and I don't know enough to inspect everything, but if you represent a company like AA, I believe that cars should be sold in working condition and not with hidden defects. Avoid this dealer.

Quite possibly the easiest purchase I have ever made, Gary made the transaction as smooth and simple as could be.The car I bought was in great condition and for the price, I couldn't argue, I saw it and bought it within 10 minutes.As I rode up to view it on my bike, he held onto it for a few days while I sorted out transport and when I came to collect it, he had even put some extra fuel in for me, while I waited for him to get back I was enjoying wonderful views of the area and got to pet his dog, not only did I get a car, I got a great day out too.Warranty provided and even a years breakdown cover for the AA.Can't reccomend him enough, if you see a car for sale that you like, go and view it immediately.

Great service when we bought my son’s car in January. Gary was responsive to messages, polite, knowledgable and friendly when we travelled up to have a look at the car. He let us go for a test drive on our own and gave us a coffee while we waited for the money to transfer. He sent on all documentation as promised. Gary was very helpful in working out the best way for me to be able to get my car same day. I had a long journey to get there, so it was important I had the option. The car was as described, and was good having someone with local knowledge for the test drive.
