We have viewed a number of houses with Home. Each time we have found them to be little help - they arent able to answer the basic questions about the properties they show you around and make you share viewings with other potential buyers which is not nice and makes for a very awkward experience.Everything we have seen with them has been very over priced & often find they have to reduce their properties and even then, they don't seem to be priced within reason to other houses in the area.There are certainly better estate agents in the area of urmston who are much more helpful.

Would avoid, still charge none refundable £250 for admin fee and just rename it reference free. Had a 2 week deadline for a house and they were not helpful at all constantly made childish spelling errors and never told us if there were any problems such as the spelling errors which delayed the application process, only found out about the multiple delays because we would call 3 to 4 times a day to find out ourselves.Would avoid at all costs

worst estate agent we had to deal with in Urmston (there has been few), lack of communication, terrible attitude from female workers and way they communicate with clients. They keep forgetting that your buyers will be your sellers - I would not recommend it

Great experience buying a house through homes. The team have always been helpful, polite and professional. Special shout out to Dawn. Every time she gets on the phone with you you know your problems or concerns will be well taken care of.Speedy services and good communication with vendor throughout the buying process, and even 3 months after completion when I discover a problem. Been a great help as we are first time buyers here in the UK. Cannot recommend them enough!
