I had spotted some flying insects flying in and out of a hole in my porch wall and was worried that they were wasps. I called and left a (slightly panicky!) message. Duane phoned back within a few minutes and arranged to come round that same afternoon which was fantastic! Duane confirmed that it was a wasps nest in the cavity wall in the porchway, and treated it that afternoon. He was very reassuring, informative and confident that the wasps had been dealt with, but said to call back if there were still signs of wasps after 48 hours. No wasps have been seen since, so the treatment was successful - I would really recommend! Thank you!

So grateful to Graham today for sorting the wasps nest in the kitchen wall extractor vent. Rang him in the morning and came in the afternoon. He explained all what the wasps do and how he was going to deal with them. Fast and extremely efficient with a good sense of humour for the job. I discovered mice in the attic and contacted Help me Pest Control. Duane carried out an investigation and provided an action plan to deal with the problem. From start to finish he kept me informed and in a few short weeks, dealt with everything in a very professional way. Pricing is very reasonable and I wasn't charged for the last visit as Duane just wanted to ensure all was well. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, they are excellent.

Couldn't recommend the lovely Graham and his services enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. He was fantastic from the first call. A very lovely and highly knowledgeable gentleman who ever so kindly managed to fit me in at short notice to help me out of a bad situation - a bit of a Sherlock Holmes of figuring out problems and finding a solution! He explained everything very clearly, could answer any question I had and took everything I said or asked into account and gave me solid advice too. A huge thank you again, Graham!

After 6 failed visits by another pest control service and hundreds already spent I thankfully called Graham to come and have a look to see what he could do for us with the mice problem.Graham was on time every visit, professional and put a plan of action into place. He took time in dealing with the problem and come up with a solution.Absolute fab and very knowledgeable.
