5 Stars is not enough.My father died recently whilst overseas so we also had to deal with the repatriation process on top of everything else.A week after he died we booked an appointment with the Telford Town centre branch. When the day came we were met on time by the member of staff who was going to help my mother with all the banking related issues (converting joint accounts closing my dads accounts etc).This member of staff was truly wonderful. Full of empathy, understanding, compassion and very very efficient.She has since also helped me out over 2 further visits with some of my own banking matters.Her name is Ceris - she is a real asset to this organisation.

Well that's my next opinion about Telford Barclays. They all are closed!!!!!!! It is a joke!!! I'm seriously planning to change Bank. Can't pay into account in Post Office as they decline it saying I'm over the annual limit but I'm not!!! Bank is closed and on the phone... we all know how it is. I'm disgusted and disappointed.

Once the bank of choice. Now got to be the worst possible bank. Staff are rude, ignorant, unpolite. Makes me laugh the signs they have up about staff will not tolerate rudeness or aggressive customers. You wouldn't need such signs if you gave customer service!!!

I decided to change my bank after I was treated maliciously using the hotline when I asked for help in obtaining a refund for a transaction that did not take place, I paid using my bank card, I did not receive the product and most importantly the bank refused to help me. No thanks because you are welcome.

After latest refurbishment most useless place in the world. You can't print out your statements anymore. Rude customer service. If you don't have anything to do and want to loose some time pop in there.

Don’t go to this branch. Poor customer service, with lack of knowledge. Laying to people. The best will be to have a current account and don’t have any questions. The best will be avoid the Barclays Bank at all.

Tells you to do it online. Online says it's in branch only. Waste of time.

Just been dealt with the most rude and arrogant member of staff called Ceris how she ever got a job there i will never know. She obviously needs to go back and learn customer care if I could rate it lower than one I would do.

Very disappointing service at Barclays Telford Town Centre branch this week. I had a very straighforward query regarding a transaction that wasn't possible using one of the in-branch machines. Staff on the floor couldn't solve the issue and I was told I'd have to wait at least 45 minutes to speak to an advisor. Closure of local branches in Oakengates, Madeley and Wellington over the past 18 months has left Telford TC as the only branch in the area and their level of service has gone down noticeably.

I tried hard to get in touch with this branch by phone which is the only way I am able to now. But they do not pick up the phone when it was forwarded through Barclays general service number! I would really appreciate if any of you knows the telephone number of this branch, so that I can try to call them directly? Many thanks!
