We ordered 2x rolls of fire tape ready to be picked up on Friday 27th October. Travelled from Scunthorpe to industrial site, got to the trade counter at 15:56pm on the Friday, explained to the gentlemen + 2 other employees that we had come to pick up 2x rolls of fire tape and they stated that they close at 4pm, but the doors and shutters were already closed down at this point and we stated that it wasn’t 4pm, he insisted he wasn’t going to process our order - 2x rolls of fire tape! The man had explained to us that they reopen at 7am in the morning, we stressed that we needed these materials before then to carry out our duties at work - they wasn’t interested. Very disgusted in this trade site.

I do not like delivering here, they are always short staffed so it can take an age to get unloaded.Maybe if the company treated it's staff properly and paid a decent wage they would get things sorted.
