Kosta and his team impressed us from the very first meeting.He was able to provide expert advice and guidance on layout and materials.Acting on this advice, we chose a combination of ‘Silver Haze’ blocks and a ‘Charcoal’ border rather than our initial choice. Following a competitive quote, we agreed to go ahead with the work.The team wasted no time clearing the existing concrete drive. During the excavation, some of the ground was significantly softer than expected and this required extra excavation, 80 tonnes in total. This was handled at minimal additional cost and without extending the completion date, largely because they have their own trucks and diggers.The project was completed within the week, despite some lousy weather but, had to wait a little while for a dry day to apply the sand.We are extremely happy with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending KS paving.I think the pictures speak for themselves.

Kosta and his team did an amazing renovation of our gravel driveway. Drainage, full-regrading and lining, new gravel, granite block edging and entrance, plus asphalt pavement. Kosta and his team removed our old concrete and gravel driveway, installed French drains, compacted materials back up to level, graded the new surface and finished off the driveway with new gravel. He also rebuilt a couple of brick walls and laid granite sets around the driveway.We've never seen a team work so diligently and professionally. Kosta and the team were unfailingly friendly and helpful and considerate to us and our neighbours with noise and access issues kept to a minimum.The end result looks just great and we wouldn't hesitate to use KS Paving again.

Kosta and his team did an outstanding job redesigning and completely rebuilding our driveway last week.We previously had a crumbling old driveway with a huge raised area which gave us only space for one car. We now have a beautiful huge blocked paved drive with two tiers, which has been extended out to the perimeter wall giving us even more space.The team was extremely professional and even worked through Saturday. Kosta himself is always present which makes a huge difference, as he regularly notices potential improvements and is always ready to adapt plans to ensure everything ends up looking perfect – which it absolutely does.We are very happy we chose to use KS Paving!

Kosta and his team did a fantastic job of block paving my drive, including building a new retaining wall and steps. What impressed me was the amount of careful preparation they did and the huge amount of soil they removed and replaced with sub base material to ensure the blocks cannot move or sag. It was only by luck that we found this Company. We were looking for 4 companies and this was the last one we found. But we got very lucky!We chose them because the Company understood what we wanted and creatively provided a plan which would enhance the look and quality of our imagined driveway.We were taken through the paving brick options and different patterns and configurations open to us. The work process was also explained.Work was scheduled to start on a particular date about 6 weeks from the quotation and they started bang on schedule. With impressive machinery and 4 men working very hard they finished five and a half days after starting, despite having to fix two blocked soak-aways, an optic fibre cable which was too close to the surface, and the floor entrance to garage which was at the wrong height. Also, it rained all afternoon on one of the days.The team provided an excellent service, thoughtful, professional, and friendly. They worked very hard.and always arrived early and left later than required.It was a pleasure being in their company.My wife and I are truly happy with the outcome and can recommend without hesitation KS Paving Ltd to anyone needing a new driveway.
