Wow ordered a beautiful chain . When it came I was blown away with the beautiful packaging. Really happy with the speedy delivery. Would highly recommend this company. Definitely be ordering again

I ordered a bracelet (and earrings - so a large spend) on line with dower and hall, as a present for a friend. On receiving the bracelet, I realised it would be too small. I contacted D&H immediately and they reassured me that the bracelet was made in a larger size and that there would be no problem exchanging it, if it did not fit. When it came to it, the bracelet was not done in a larger size. I complained and, to be fair, they came up with something fairly similar in the end and I was able to replace the present for my friend. However, it was alot of hassle and, when I asked for some comnpensation regarding this, they were only willing to offer £30 credit at their shop, which I have no desire to use ever again. The person in charge has refused to talk to me. I rarely leave reviews but they have behaved badly. So, be warned -I leave it to you to decide if you want to shop there.....

I really can't recommend this company enough! I wanted to buy a ring with some money I received when my Grampa passed away. Something I could always wear to remember him. I found the ring I wanted in the Princes Square branch in rose gold but wanted it in silver. This branch couldn't get the ring for me so they gave me the details and referred me to the website. I had been wearing an old ring on the same finger so had that measured and tried on sample sizing rings in a store to check my size. I ordered the ring and it arrived a few days later in gorgeous packaging. It had clearly been hand packaged with lots of care. When I tried the ring, I was gutted to discover I couldn't get it over my knuckle. I immediately called them and spoke to Min the Operations Manager and explained the situation. Min was absolutely amazing. She thought that the problem was probably because the new ring was so much thicker than the one, I'd been wearing for years (and the sizing ones I tried on) which can cause issues going over the knuckle. She asked me to draw inside the old ring and send this image back to them with the new ring. She said they would not only re-size the ring to fit free of charge but that they'd also refund my postage!! I couldn't believe it, I almost cried with relief as I'd been half expecting them to tell me it was my fault and there was nothing, they could do about it. I sent the ring back that day and Min contacted me the following day to say it had been received. I'd somehow managed not to include the drawing of the old ring. I'm sure the people at Amazon wondered why there was a random piece of paper with a drawing of a wonky circle inside a returned too small Captain America costume as I'd clearly put it in the wrong package! Min contacted me the next day to say the ring had been re-made a size bigger as recommended by the workshop and it was sent back out and my postage refund arranged. The ring arrived the next day and fitted absolutely perfectly. I'm completely delighted with it.I can't say enough good things about these guys. I've spent a lot more than this on items in the past and have experienced a complete lack of customer. Min is an absolute credit to them. She was lovely and helpful and actually sounded like she cared. This seems to be so rare these days so it should be shouted from the rooftops.Thank you to Min and everyone else at Dower and Hall. You really were fantastic and I'm still smiling every time I look at my gorgeous ring.

Love the rings I ordered. Made beautifully and the width of the band is good, which means the band will not wear away quickly. Received within a week of ordering, which is amazing as each piece is handmade. I wouldn't hesitate to order again and highly recommend Dower & Hall for your forever piece of jewellery.

I bought a very beautiful ring a for a 50th birthday present which also represented very good value compared to what else was out there on the internet. On top of that I enjoyed great commutation and prompt delivery from the lovely people at Dower and Hall. Highly recommended.
