Professional from start to finish!The survey from Chris walker was thorough and first rate..The work was carried out by Steve Brindle who was meticulous and exceptionally clean and tidy and above all totally trust worthy as we had left him alone for the last two days alone..Great surprise to find he had left everything immaculate. A truly nice guy and a gentleman..Thanks Steve.

Steve Brindle is fantastic. Within three days he has: removed a large section of flooring and the joists underneath; removed damaged plaster; treated woodworm; applied a waterproof membrane to the walls and plastered the walls superbly. I cannot recomend Steve highly enough. Throughout the job he was incredibly helpful and was able to give advice that will save us time and money. If we need any future work doing, i will use timberwise in Lincoln

Following a survey by Nat West's valuers we had to arrange a timber report which was ordered through Timberwise. The Timberwise survey was arranged easily and was prompt. The surveyor explained the problem and the remedy. We received a thorough, well explained report and undertook the remedial work which was quite extensive needing the fabrication of a bespoke steel supporting shoe. Everything was done with great care, thoroughly and professionally. The team on site tidied up after themselves. They are a great business to deal with and I am very happy to endorse them.

Timberwise did an excellent job of remediating dry rot triggered by a flash flood. The work was done expertly and expeditiously and the whole area was put back into good order at the end of the work. I am very happy to recommend this company.

Very happy with the work carried out. Surveyor knowledgeable and happy to comprehensively talk us through the issue and proposed solution. Some adjustments agreed quickly and easily, and incorporated into the proposed works. Agreed price, and start date. Tradespeople friendly, tidy and respectful throughout. Quality finish to job. Only observation is that communication needs to be improved; specifically at the beginning / quotation part of the process. Our experience - emails were routinely unanswered and queries ignored, even when a call back had been verbally promised. This wasn't us hassling on an hour by hour basis; we were just reaching out when agreed timescales for communication kept being missed or ignored. Had it not been for this, the review would have been 5 stars. In fairness, we did receive a prompt apology once our concerns were raised to the appropriate person. We would recommend Timberwise. For branch purposes - Our location is Lincoln.

Second time of using Timberwise. Their service continued to be highly professional. In particular the Surveyor was particularly helpful and thorough; offering to liaise further if needed. From booking survey through to work being completed Timberwise proved reliable and provided an excellent service.
