Headmaster carpet fitted today could not recommend the two fitters are middle-aged man and a young boy, they were marvellous actually fixed my bedroom carpet by the door as well as fit in my stair carpetWould recommend these two fitters done very well

Recently I used carpet right for my house to fix new lamination flooring and stairs carpet from Beckton store.Teddy who organised everything, he was very helpful.The job done very neet and perfectly by the flooring and carpet team .We are really happy with the work what they have done.Just little disappointed with excess flooring sheets which they sold to us, all the measurements done by carpet right team I didn't expect they sold to us way too much lamination flooring sheets.Which is 7 box excess all unopened.When I approach the store for return, they said they cannot take it back because I used financial options to pay and I bought it for discounted rate .I totally understand if they sold 3 or 4 boxes excess, 7 boxes is way too much .So if anyone of trying to use carpet right kindly be aware of those issues. ..Because ,now I am loosing nearly £200 wasted for unused lamination sheets in brand new condition.Otherwise, I am happy with rest.

Had great service from Pam & Teddy today at Beckton Carpet Right for my upstairs carpet, great service.So much so, I've come back 2 weeks later to order the downstairs flooring and was served by Kingsley, who was just as brilliant. Highly recommend all three, they were knowledgeable, patient, informative and answered all of my queries.

Really good service from Aisha and Theodore from the Beckton Branch, they were super helpful with getting my carpet fitted on time. The prices and discounts were amazing and they both made sure we got the best price for our carpets. From choosing the carpets to having it fitted was absolutely fantastic. The fitters were really nice and did their job quickly and neatly. I highly recommend Carpetright as a store to choose your carpets from.

Teddy was considerate, respectful, and very perceptive. It is obvious that he has a great deal of expertise and knowledge from the manner he was discussing the things. I will advise everyone to go to the Beckton retail park.

Excellent friendly customer service from Pam and Aman today. Both were kind, warm and Pam was very informative and spent a good amount of time with us talking through lots of questions. Would highly recommend.
