Please think very carefully about utilizing this Company, they sold my father a grossly over spec'd hearing aid for £4195 and before he could even wear them he was diagnosed with cancer and sadly died within three months of purchasing them. I contacted this company and offered to bring the product back so they can confirm they had not been used and the awful situation. they could not care less, basically the High Street Kensington shop said they didn't want the product back (I think that tells you a great deal about the faith they have in their own products) and after leaving a trust pilot review Head Office contacted me to tried to imply that my father could have brought them back within 60 days but didn't - maybe he could have gone by ambulance during his cancer treatment? A company that does seem to care about their customers and certainly don't want their own products back when they have found someone gullible enough to purchase.

Excellent customer care. After trying out the hidden hearing shop on the other side of the road (the experience was really bad), we tried Amplifon and were very happy and satisfied about the welcoming and the service. Thank you for your excellent work!

Be aware of this branch! They are trying to get money from you! The person who did my free trial testing asked for bank details for something that is from another branch. He is not professional and many time he has to go the his boss to ask for solutions. It is so obvious that he had no experience. Just be careful.
