Loved the experience, my wife was very well looked after and nothing was to small. Highly recommend going as the price was cheaper than I was expecting to pay. Book first as they are busy as you need the time to have the one to one service.

What a lovely boutique. I popped in on the off chance to look at hatinators. I was fortunate the no one was booked in to try on outfits so was able to go upstairs to the ladies area. What a surprise. Three rooms filled with beautiful dresses/outfits & all the accessories you could want. With the help of one of the lovely ladies I found what I was looking for after only trying on 3 styles. Would definitely recommend a visit if you are looking for something special.

The staff were fantastic! They helped me to chose my outfit, shoes and bag and they even hire your hat/fascinator for free. I had to exchange my outfit for a smaller size but they were fantastic about it. I felt wonderful on the day of our daughters wedding and had loads of compliments. Thank ykj!

I do not understand why they reported my last review. it seems this place wont accept any bad reviews. I was left with a wedding dress that ruined my wedding due to it being altered incorrectly and I have text proof of admittance. The owner blamed the seamstress and the seamstress blamed the owner. Neither wanted to give a refund, the whole thing was a shambles and then they refused to even repair the dress so I could attempt to get my money back by selling it on to someone it would fit! terrible place.

I would like to say that the service I received recently from Renaissance in Coalville was absolutely superb…. I booked an appointment to go in to hire a suit for a wedding I was attending and was greeted with very professional staff who couldn’t do enough for me. The choice of suits available are huge and nothing seemed to much trouble for the staff. I will certainly use them again and highly recommend them. It’s a shame I can only give them 5 stars and not more.

I would give no stars if I could. We had to pick out the back strap 30 mins before our wedding due to a fault made by the seamstress. Now denying all responsibility. If you want a quality wedding dress, this is not the place!! Be warned!! We had no choice as it was a last minute job. The seamstress has now blocked us and the shop refuses to deal with it. Absolutely disgusting attitude from a lady called Dawn. Avoid at all costs.

I had a lovely experience choosing my wedding dress. The ladies were very patient and accomodating as I had no idea what I wanted and only a few weeks until our wedding day. I would definitely recommend Renaissance to anybody.

I spent a wonderful rainy morning here with my friend choosing a dress for my son’s wedding next spring. An amazing selection in all colours, designs and sizes.Fantastic advice and assistance without pressure. I was encouraged to try on styles and colours I wouldn’t have considered and found a fabulous dress at a sale price. Alterations easily sorted as well.An array of shoes, hats and accessories to complete the outfit available too.I can highly recommend Renaissance for an easy, pleasurable shopping experience. Two hours free parking too. Who needs cities?!
