Perfumes here are hugely overpriced compared to other sellers in the UK. Paying £15.50 for a clothes spray I’ve never paid more than £10 for before. Even sellers in the area I live with small shops used to sell this product for £8-9!They sent me a faulty product and refused to refund me, and didn’t even respond to my email for over 4 days until I emailed regarding a NEW order I’d made.Luckily my bank are willing to reclaim the payment, but you shouldn’t have to go through all that bother to get reimbursements you’re legally entitled to if you receive faulty/substandard goods.I strongly advise against supporting greedy companies who overcharge and also don’t think they have to adhere to trading regulations.Remember, it is a CRIME to intentionally mislead buyers about their consumer rights regarding refunds and replacements. Think twice about lining the pockets of companies that do this.

This company are an absolute disgrace. They take your money, don't send the product and then have the effrontery to say that the order was never completed even though there is written evidence from the bank that the money has been taken. They are impossible to contact and when you eventually get through, they fob you off with 'we will look into this and call you back within an hour', but never do. They are basically scammers, so please use them at your own peril and don't say you weren't warned!

If you live in euroupe don't buy anything from them they accept your order and after few days they cancelled your order what they did with me 2 times and you los also some money because they dont refund your All money bad serves ever…

Great service by Umar. Brought 2 bottels of Rasasi siufi oudh and a swiss arabian cambodi oudh. Showed me and let me sample a lot of oils without hesitation or pressure to buy. Will be visiting again soon

Absolutely awful. They overcharge on their website - miles cheaper on their own Amazon page. Despite telling them to cancel if they wouldn't refund the difference they despatched anyway and ignored 5 emails. The service is horrendous, when you do get a response it makes no sense. Do yourself a favour - buy somewhere else!
