I had a wonderful experience with the lovely sales man Charles.He has a great calming presence. Makes you feel as everything is all under control and truly it was and always is.My car was fixed, sorted and he really goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy!Great service.Very happy customer.

Popped in to Nissan today for a service , met a lovely gentleman Charles who gave the best customer service. It gave me the confidence knowing my car is in the safe hands. He Answered all questions and went through the guide with me step by step. I was made aware of all the works carried out concerning my car service and Gave me the assurance that If I needed anything I can give them a call. In all I was very pleased with the level of customer service and communication/support given to me at Nissan today Penge branch to be specific.

Amazing customer service throughout, clean dealership, lovely, bubbly and helpful staff. I have a physically disability that causes chronic pains with movement limitations and I was really worried I wouldn’t find the right car.Jack answered all my questions, put my mind at ease, guided me on which car would be best suitable for my needs and I was able to test drive the car which was amazing and further more convinced me that I made the right car choice.Thank you Jack you are a star, thank you for also making laugh as I was feeling low that day. Great customer service. Keith listened to our needs and wishes, explained things fully and was able to find us a good deal - very friendly and funny the whole time. We were very happy with the service, with the car and with the time frame it all took place in. We would recommend.

Ancaster Nissan Penge are an absolute disgrace. I recently (1 month ago) purchased a used Nissan Juke from these cowboys and have had nothing but problems with the vehicle since I left the forecourt. The staff, especially the aftercare team, have completely wiped their hands of any responsibility and couldn't have been more unhelpful. Example, the rear bumper sensors are faulty so booked it into an alternative Ancaster closer to home and have been charged over £150 for a diagnostics check which Penge have outright refused to pay and denied all responsibility even though it's been faulty since purchase. As I've said, they are an absolute disgrace and I would warn anyone against purchasing any vehicles from them.....wish I could give them zero stars but have to give them something unfortunately.

Great experience. Keith was super helpful and made the whole process very easy. We’ve only had the car (second hand) for a few weeks but it’s all going great so far. Would highly recommend!Edit: the above stands, although it is disappointing that they were unable to provide me with my spare key when I collected the car. Working full time and living 30/45 minutes away it is nowimpossible to find 2/3 hours on a working day to pick this up.
