We have been using KTS Computers to help us with our IT for our business for over a year now. Ken has visited us on numerous occasions when we have had a problem and been very thorough getting to the bottom of it! When we have hardware go wrong he has carefully taken things to the workshop for repair and returned them promptly. He is very sensitive to our business need to have our IT working with the minimum of downtime. I would highly recommend KTS for an all round solution for IT for your business.

Paid £150 to have my faulty laptop screen repaired but after repairs the screen was still faulty and did not work. Credit to them, they tried to repair the screen again, this time free of charge, however the same problem still persisted, making my laptop unusable. This was at a time when I desperately needed my laptop for exams, so I was very frustrated. Would not recommend KTS for repairs

Great support from the team in sorting out what for them was very simple tasks but for me was issues stopping me running my business!Arrived when they said and most importantly spoke in language that someone with no IT skills could understand
