Lovely little market there every Xmas. Live music every evening, sausages, Dutch pancakes, hog roast, drinks and other food. Fun place to go. Be sure to dress up warm!

The ancient market is a central part of Kingston upon Thames. The old town atmosphere is kept alive by this small market that provides a mixture of produce, local traders and food and drink. It is surrounded by various modern shops with a shopping centre close by. You can get away from it all with a walk along Queen's Promenade. The Christmas market is nice and provides food and drink for the season with entertainment. It can get very busy and it can be hard to find a place to sit. The benefit is that there is plenty of distractions as the market is a short experience for a visit.

Nice market..i have been regularly visiting it from last 5 years..load of memories associated with it…many options to eat..local artists perform often here…definitely worth a visit
