Joe has been our main contact at the Bognor office in selling Mum's flat. He has been a great help to us throughout and has regularly (and pro-actively) kept us up to date as the sale has progressed. Sam and all the other staff have also been great. They have all responded quickly and efficiently to our queries and requests. We would definitely go back to Cubitt&West based on this experience.

Cubitt and West accepted an offer on a property and things looked good. However, the mortgage valuation came in at under 30k less than the agreed price - on 220k property (14% error). This does not reflect professional competence and is a significant waste of all parties time and money. Not recommended.
