Direct Drain Clear (DDC)

We had Eddie out a few times to try and make a very old pipe viable. He was very knowledgeable and patient as it was full of rumble. After various tools and jetting we were able to get it clear. Couldn't be happier with the service. Many thanks

Called DDC this morning and fortunately Eddie was able to attend within 15 minutes. He quickly identified the source of the problem and spent time ensuring that he resolved the blockage completely and cleaned and disinfected the area involved.Would definitely use DDC again in future.

Excellent service! Quick response to call for help with blocked drainage at home which was causing flooding risk. I was reassured immediately by Eddie and he set to work to resolve our problem. Very impressed with DDC.........we have a blocked pipe causing water to bubble up into our garden.He spent over an hour trying all sorts and put a camera in and identified where the blockage is..... But unfortunately he couldn't physically gain access to the very tight space with the equipment needed to clear the blockage so he wasn't able to unblock it but he tried everything.Worked hard for over an hour but because he couldn't gain access to where he needed to be and therefore reluctantly walked away from the job.......he didn't take a single penny which I think is admirable.Don't hesitate to get DDC out because he definitely knows his stuff and has all the equipment.......he even cleaned up after himself as well.

DDC came out to unblock my foul drain very quickly after Id spent a day trying to unblock it myself! They were very knowledgeable about the drains and got it fixed very quick and gave good advice for on going checks. cheaper than the likes of Dyno rod. good local service will use again. thanks!

I can highly recommend.Came out the following day which was a Sunday and an hour later my drain was not only unblocked but he had serviced all the other drains as well with them all running nice and clear.No nonsense, just came and got the job done and left the place safely washed down with cleaner and tidy as well.

Phoned DDC this morning and was given an appointment for 2pm. Eddie turned up on time and immediately explained to me where the blockage was and how he would fix the problem. Eddie was very knowledgeable and worked in a very professional manner. He cleared the blockage and tidied up after him. I cannot praise this company enough. We have a Victorian house with all the associated drain issues. All the rain water pipes were blocked and they had it cleared in an hour. Other companies we've used in the past don't even rate compare with Direct Drain Clear. Highly recommend them.

These guys came around, had a look at the problem & advised me to call Scottish Water.They could have easily ripped me off, but didn't charge me anything. Delighted with the advice. Would definitely recommend.
