Fantastic service by Michaela and the team. I was quite upset as a stone had fallen out my my engagement ring so came into store and was instantly put at ease. The girls working made it so easy and resolved my issue straight away they gave fantastic advise and I left feeling really positive. I couldn't recommend them enought. Looking forward to return to purchase my wedding band. Thank you for all your help.

I was after a watch that they never had in store but were agents for.Nothing was to much trouble for the staff,they ordered the watch in,gave me the same discount i was offered else-ware and has been a great experience.Thanks to Helen & Lyndsey....

Big thank you to Lyndsey Store Supervisor at Earnest Jones in Swindon for all your help. We bought a ring in USA from Zales recently and it could not be sized down to correct size. Lyndsey has been liaising with Zales aswell as myself and has now all been sorted, thanks to her help. Lyndsey has gone above and beyond and I cannot thank her enough! Please pop in you won’t get better customer service when it comes to purchasing jewellery with their store!

I have used Ernest jones a few times now and I have found the staff and manager Michaela to be exceptionally helpful in finding what I was looking for. Their Service is impeccable and so very helpful in getting the right gift. Highly recommend anyone to visit the store in town.

I had an absolutely fantastic customer experience with Lyndsey from this office.The issues i experienced are too long winded to go into, but my experience involved a repair/replacment of my wedding ring. It was a long process to get the result I wanted but Lindsay had my best intentions at heart, kept me updated and was there for a straight to the point conversation when I needed to know more details.Nothing was too much trouble for Lyndsey, she is such a lovely and genuine person.I would highly recommend this office.

Got my watch back as battery had died. Great job. Had a few problems with it before that they sorted to the best of their ability. Would always use these.

Rude staff. Not helpful. They advising finance process is instant, you apply, then it freezes for weeks without any reason they can reasonably explain, only for them keep suggesting that you have made cash purchase. What's the finance options then for?Huge waist of time. Go to London or Bristol, to buy your goods.
