I had a really good experience with this company, and Tony, my landlord, was very nice and super accommodating. He was very patient and answered all the questions I had even before I rented the apartment. He was also super helpful in resolving any issues I had from the very start. The apartment I rented was really nice and clean and had all the amenities I needed. Also the location was very convenient.

Reached out to Tony and the other guys at Letbid. I had been looking for help with buying a property in Manchester.Flew in from Gibraltar and arrived mid day. Within an hour I was taken around and shown to all the prime location apartments and they negotiated an awesome deal for me.Thank you so much for your help Letbid. Highly recommended.Lettings management sales and investment property purchases . Everything under one roof! Simply awesome and really sharp but honest and down to earth.

Very professional service, quickly and promptly responded to queries. I dealt with Tony the most and appreciated always having someone on hand I could trust to sort any issues. Dealt with a variety of estate agents in the past and can wholeheartedly say these were among the best I’ve encountered. Would recommend for any fellow students or renters in Manchester.

Honestly, just avoid there’s a list of issues from the false advertisement of a concierge. There is none. The bell system doesn’t work so you if you haven’t noted the delivery for the access code (not all even read the notes) you miss parcels. I most recently had an issue with a leak which I thought they couldn’t do bad with but haven’t had that fixed and it started on the 15/02/22, today is 02/03/22. This has caused me numerous issues with sleep as it’s directly onto my pillow and face , this ain’t only a health concern but safety as it’s leaking directly from one of the lights, resulted in me sleeping at friends house, living space etc. To make matters worse there’s been a few days where the boiler hasn’t worked, but as of today ‘2 March’ it hasn’t worked since the previous night and no one answering the phone. If ur a student like me just look elsewhere.

I have been a tenant and still am with Letbid. Previously I tried with 5 agents to get an apartment. All of them charged me fees upfront and then turned me down because I didn't fit some unknown profile!Letbid however, had a down to earth and honest approach and treated me fairly.I have been a tenant now for 8 months and I have never had problems. Any repairs were done within the same day or latest next day.I was made to feel welcome and respected and when promised my apartment there was no hidden surprises and no lies!If you have had enough of the sharks in suits then come to Letbid. I cant believe someone would go to such lengths to slander these guys. Bless you all.I had to write this review. Letbid deserves an award. Thank you for everything.

Terrible experience. My parents used these agents for property management services. They failed to transfer payment of rent to my parents account and we had to continually chase them for this. In the end they failed to transfer any monies and have kept my parents rental income. Genuine thieves do not use.

I have dealt with Letbid as a landlord. They are a breath of fresh air. Flexible responsive honest and sincere.I am really not interested about the suits they wear or how many offices they have they are an assett to this industry .Thank you so much for your hard work and your truly professional and efficient service.There is no need for pretense and showmanship. If you want the best Letbid is it!

Awful experience. I rented a property through Letbid earlier this year and paid a security deposit when I moved in. After leaving the property a couple of months ago, I have still not received my security deposit back and they have failed to communicate with me on this matter.They will also over-charge you for properties in comparison to other agencies. Unprofessional and rude, would NOT recommend to anyone. Avoid.

I stayed in Bracken House, Manchester for 3 months and Miss Ellie L. Jackson was my helpful agent who helped me with several enquiries during my stay. She was very professional and the communication was fast and on point. I am very thankful and appreciative towards her service as my agent.
