Can not drop off Hermes boxes because it's large". There is no exception info from the Evri(Hermes) website but the staff insisted there is and asked me to go to the next drop of shop. Customer service is really rude."

Evri lost my laptop costing around 450 pounds.As I am browsing internet, there are tons of such complains.I was not aware, and it caused me heavy loss.I would not use their service anymore, and also warn others for using their services specially for expensive items.

Lost my beautiful Christmas Present box that meant to be sent to a dear friend. They stated it has been picked up with my other 4 packages that has been sent back to Amazon. Meanwhile Amazon confirmed that there’s only 2 of those packages in transit, nothing else has been picked up. Most likely one the shop’s employees thought that’s a nice Xmas gift for himself. Maybe someone popped in to do shopping and took it home as the workers here just hanging on the phone all the times doesn’t even looking into your eyes. As a disabled person who has no income but only DWP support that package worth a lot, I hope whoever took it is happy with a beautiful card and some chocolates.

Extremely rude customer service! I was dropping off a parcel with Evri/Hermes and after getting the receipt I was told (very rudely) to go and drop the parcel into a bag at the end of the shop - you basically have unsupervised access to all the parcels there and can take whatever you want! No security whatsoever! Customer should not be doing something like that. Obviously this is all due to the laziness of the rude cashier - will be reporting this store directly to Evri/Hermes as well. Avoid at all cost.
