Shockingly bad customer service, not providing half the order, staff looks like they are dead inside, hiding behind with their phones while seeing custumers, not giving a damn. Absolutely worst experience ever. Will never go again.

Food is usually really nice, very spicy though. Only let down was staff members were no where to be seen???? Waited a good 5 minutes at the counter without anyone coming out from the back.

Been there two times and the food is amazing, the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is great, 5 stars, definitely worth the time and money (although it is very cheap)

Dont bother going... Rather would have chosen burger king...Staff: 1 out of 5Food: 2 out of 5Atmosphere is nice, but killed by staff attitude.

Great place friendly staff extreamly passionate about there food this place has extreamly improved over the last few months new menu and everything to anyone who has had bad experiences i would suggest u revisit new faces in store looking like its becoming a very lovely place

One of the best Mexican restaurants I've been to hands down. The food was outstanding, all the flavors were on point especially the homemade sauces, fresh rice and with a good selection of vegetarian and gluten free options.

Only had 2 choices of meat no stock They are doing false advertisement as with reward me card they are not doing the 10% off as it says. Scruffy place. Don’t bother going

Food's not cheap nor great, atmosphere's cool, the staff? Less so. Ordered a quesadilla, it basically had no taste.

Absolute shocking service. 3 people behind the counter, one on the phone, one serving and one taking her time to make herself look busy but not actually doing anything. Little eye contact from anyone, and when they did they looked away when i non-verbally tried to get their attention. The one girl who was serving then walked off into the back. When i asked if anyone was serving, the guy on the phone looked up, then carried on doing nothing, totally ignoring us. No-one even spoke to us to say they'd be with us soon or apologising for the wait. We ended up walking out and despite the decent food in there, we will more than likely not be going back. Would give it no stars if i could - it's hard to review something that you cannot get the opportunity to.
