The survey carried out on my home was fundamentally wrong. When questioned whether they were right in stating that the building was solid-brick, they reaffirmed that they were correct. I was certain it was not, even with a lack of building knowledge, but trusted them as they are meant to be experts. When being quoted for other work by another contractor, they were able to identify it as a wall-tie construction when driving past the property.I have given the business multiple opportunities to rectify the issue, but there is no accountability at all, even though they acknowledge that this fundamental fact was wrong.Really shocking service. Mistakes can happen, but what makes a business is how you respond to the mistake. This was the wrong way.
