Chris was very professional yet personable throughout, he gave us a cost on the first visit which was right on the money, I compared to a larger well known company and his was the best price. He came out for a second time to do the accurate measurements before ordering. The shutters came within the timescale given and were fitted shortly after at a date convenient to us.
