Lee not only fixed the issue, but also explained what he have done to fix it. He was polite, friendly and very very honest. Lee provided an incredibly fast response following a callout this afternoon. He had everything required to be able to resolve 2 separate door lock issues - for a front door and conserrvatory door. I would highly recommend this locksmith service.

The gearbox in the mechanism of my door had broke and I was locked out my house. Lee was brilliant, explained everything that went wrong, told me the price off the bat and fixed it in no time. Will always use him from now on, top man.

Called last night at 11pm as an emergency call out because we got lock out our house. He quoted on the phone and arrived within 20 minutes. Did a great job and got us in within 5 minutes of arriving and then kindly gave us a discount from his original quote. Very polite and professional. Would 100% recommend and would use again.
