We had an online portal that showed our progress from start to finish with a percentage of completion as well as a list of actions currently in progress and completed. Most paperwork was completable online while most forms could be uploaded through the same portable.We received weekly E-mails on progress and any times we were unsure about things, we were able to email our solicitor, who would email us back very quickly.If we were to move again, we would definitely use Pickfords again
