Bewiched Coffee Rothwell
The girls that were working in the coffee shop were rude and standoffish when I asked them to remake my milkshake that tasted as if the milk has gone off. It was remade and slammed down onto the counter, still not tasting like the milkshakes that i often get made by a lad called Luke and lady georgette. They made me feel very uncomfortable and didn’t see them smile or give positive customer service to one person during my visit. It felt very false and not like the usual welcoming vibe I am used to.

Absolutely amazing little place. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. I drink decaf tea with either soya or oat milk. It’s nice to be able to order both. The millionaire shortbread is delicious too !

I received my order after waiting for 30minutes, the store was quite busy at this time, which would not have bothered me if it wasn’t for the rude barista taking my order and then refusing to make me another coffee, after I watched her make it with whole milk upon requesting an alternative milk as apparently they had ran out and I should have been told this when ordering, which I wasn’t. I can understand overlooking something like this, however I would have appreciated some sort of compensation after waiting that long for a coffee I couldn’t drink.

A very friendly place with a lovely coffee. Staff always kind and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. I don’t know all their names but Luke and Courtney are always smiling (As are all the staff) Bewiched is open until 5.30 weekdays, unlike others that shut at 5pm and it is fantastic that you are not given a takeaway cup 30 mins before closing time., which happens in other coffee chains. I would have given 5 stars for food as the food is tasty but the gluten free sandwiches have been taken away so I have adjusted it to 4 stars. Thank you Bewiched.

Good place to stop along A14/M6 route. Wide range of cafe drinks including milkshakes, and some toasties, sandwiches and cakes. Comfortable seating, low-key but pretty decor, pleasant staff.

Plenty of free parking and some outside seating and also a garden makes this a lovely alternative to the larger chains. Seating inside for about 30 people in a nice casual setting. Tasty coffee and tea plus a variety of sandwiches and cakes as well as toast or crumpets are all available and can be take away also. All clean and also a toilet is available. Friendly staff make this a very pleasant location for something tasty.

Absolutely love love it here the children love their weekly milkshakes too while I have a skinny latte… lush. Clean comfortable seating areas to enjoy a lovely bacon bap ! Courtney is an absolute gem always welcomes us with her happy smile bless her. Our fave place by far ! Keep up the good work guys xxx

Friendly staff, lovely coffee. If I ever walk in not knowing what I fancy the girls are always happy to recommend or give suggestions for a drink.Wide range of products from coffee, milkshakes, cakes and sandwiches!
