This is a fabulous clinic, Rabab is professional, efficient, experienced and very knowledgeable. She is warm and friendly in manner and as well as diagnosing and fixing my ear problem was able to explain it and provided me with a letter to get a necessary test and medication from my GP. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

Rabab was excellent in helping me with my ears and is very professional about her work. Very knowledgeable also, as she talks you through what's happening at each stage. If you are in any pain or discomfort regarding your ears I couldn't recommend Causeway Clear Ears enough as they were able to help me when my GP couldn't

Really recommend this very professional and caring service if you have any concerns about your ears. Rabab is so friendly and very much immediately puts you at ease. Having never had my ears examined in any way outside of a doctors surgery, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but after a brief chat to ascertain my concerns with my ears, Rabab helpfully explained everything thoroughly about her processes before beginning. Everything is carried out with gentleness and care and I felt very comfortable throughout the during my appointment. Very glad I went. Thank you Rabab.

Visited causeway clear ears on 1st December 2023. Rabab was so professional and explained every step of the process. Thanks to her knowledge and skill she identified a very serious infection and provided a letter for my gp recommending the best medication. I would thoroughly recommend causeway clear ears. Also very reasonable rates.

Rabab, is a credit to the nursing community and her service is 2nd to none. I took my 4 year old up today 28/07/2023 and her approach with Alfie and how she treated him and included him with all his care was fantastic. She explained everything she was doing and why, and my 4 year old was smiling from ear to ear after as he could hear again. Would definitely not hesitate to return again if needed and would recommend Rabab to everyone

Friendly, professional and caring service. Rabab is so experienced and not only picked up on my father's ear infections which have been causing his hearing loss (others including own GP missed this!) but also correctly diagnosed the type of infection and he is now getting the proper medication. We look forward to going back again soon when the infection has cleared to finally get the rest of the offending wax removed and hopefully he will hear again! Highly recommended.
