Jorden is brilliant. He was always on time, very polite, extremely efficient and easy to communicate with either by phone or email. He provided us with an honest assessment of the problems found, gave us a competitive, value for money quote and made a prompt appointment to complete the work. Jordan was brilliant. Replaced rubbish mr16 downlighters that had transformers with superb mains voltage sealed units. 11 replacements took maybe an hour. No mess no fuss, highly recommended!

Rang up because part of the power supply to my home at gone, including the central heating system and the fridge. This was on a Sunday evening, and Jorden was very professional and discussed the call out fee but, before allowing me to commit to this, talked me through all the possibilities so that I didn't do do the call-out unnecessarily. He was very professional and helpful, and we managed to sort the problem without calling him out. I can't thank him enough, and would highly recommend his services.

Called Jordan for a quote for PAT testing, he was incredibly helpful over the phone and managed to squeeze me in for the very next morning. He was efficient and friendly during his visit and very reasonably priced too! Highly recommend.

Excellent response to initial contact, followed up by excellent, professional and courteous service. Given my limited availability, Jorden was very flexible in meeting our needs and did the installation of the fuse box on a Saturday. Would definitely use Rainbow Electrical Ltd again and recommend them.

I would highly recommend Jorden and Rainbow Electrics.Very punctual, good workmanship, very clean and tidy and Jorden and Sam were very sociable and friendly.Explained what needed doing and what they consequently did in a way I could understand as a layperson with no electrical knowledge. Very reassuring that wiring and associated problems now fixed and up to standard.initial check very reasonable charge as was the follow up remedial work. Most importantly Jorden happy to take on smaller jobs as well as projects which are bigger. Electricians like Jorden are a rare find nowadays.
