Poor service on multiple occassions, given the benefit of the doubt but no lonnger will i go back to using this shop! The person in charge ‘Nimesh’ misleads by giving false hopes of when carpets/flooring will be fitted. He gives a date of fitting but then no fitter turns up before you have to try and contact him only to hear fitters unavailable as theyre sick, the same excuse ive had to hear on multiple occassions. When hes not in the shop he leaves to inexperienced, possibly just friends to look after only for them to say wait till Nimesh gets back. Just poor service, false hopes and promises from this shop, its management and ‘staff’. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

Cheaper in price but you have to bargain

Really bad service wont recommend anyone to buy from here they supply faulty goods and Promise to replace it but dont do it keep saying tomorrow so i would recommend everyone not to purchase from here

I received the worst possible customer service from Nimesh and his staff. I would not waste my time with this this shop and him. I am having to give one star to write this review but I wouldnt even give this shop that. We went there to have a look at laminate flooring last week. They showed us few and told us they will give a good deal and to choose what ever one we liked. When we picked a certain wooden floor colour we went through the price and set the delivery date and when we just confirmed the colour he then told us that they dont have this colour. We wasted an hour and half going through all this to find the colour we wanted wasnt even available.We then agreed for the colour he had in stock and ordered 12mm for Thursday for 20 square metres. On Thursday I called in the morning to check what time they delivering my ordered as I had booked floor fitter for afternoon there was no answer. I tried multiple times with no answer finally after half and hour I called whilst working I managed to get through. I asked about delivery he said let me check and give you call back. I waited about and hour but didn't receive a call back so I called back (again during working hours) and again took me another half an hour to get through. He was told me we do not have the laminate flooring you have ordered in enough quantity. What sort of unorganised company is telling me that on the day of my delibery they dont have the stock I had ordered from them a week ago.My floor fitters were waiting all morning for the flooring and they were also getting annoyed and rightly so. I was told that to either cancel the order or they can only order 8mm grey laminate floor. I was told it was either this or nothing at all and he also said you will have to face difficulty in your life just need to accept it. He was so rude to me on the phone and he also cut my phone twice during this on purpose. I had even called his colleague and he was speaking in Punjabi to Nimesh and proceeded to tell me Nimesh wasnt there. They advised me to cancel the order and you can get flooring from B&Q if its urgent. As the floor fitters were waiting at home I had no option but get the 8mm floor as a last resource as they wouldn't be able to come back fit it.They then delivered the floor and after fitting I had 2 unopened boxes of laminate and 1 unopened under layer in which I had asked to return and they refused to take it back telling me it's not part of their policy saying you ordered it so you have to keep it we can't take it back. They didn't even give a proper receipt they just wrote out the details on a piece of paper. It's absolutely appalling how we have been treated by Nimesh and his staff I would not recommend buying from him.Consumer direct have been contacted and we are just waiting for an update.
