Outstanding service at a time we really needed it - ended up in A&E with one of the family, late Christmas Eve. Needed antibiotics, a quick call ahead to the only chemist I could find open- had them in stock and dispensed at like 10:30 - literally life savers can't thank you enough - great service !

NHS website states that this pharmacy is open till 23:00. After spending several hours in hospital with my son, we drive 30 min. to get there, and arrive at 22:41 and they are closed.

Bad & Unprofessional Customer Service, rude & aggressive behavior from staff, blaming customer for their mistakes, unwilling to help & makes situation much worse than already is by the staff's attitude & understanding. Have never come across such an appalling behavior from staff against vulnerable patients who rely on good local service.

This pharmacy has never disappointed. Generally good service and lots of knowledge. The only throw off has been the change of business hours on Saturday. Rigby's opened next door, figured the hours have changed do to competition but Rigby has decided to not open Saturdays at all.And this chemist is one of very few that are open late on Sundays or at all.

Ridiculous service. Staff have excuses like we have no staff. Ordered prescription a week ago but still no meds. Staff informed they have no staff to chase up script. Can call 111 for emergency supply. Does not deserve any stars.
