What a Gem, found Karmic Cakery today. Close to Spittal beach so ideal for a stop off. KC is a vegan cakery/cafe that opens on Saturday and Wednesday for great food, I had the seitan kebab with chunky homemade chips and the wife had curried cauliflower soup, both absolutely delicious. We took a slice of custard cream cake away with home made custard creams, superb. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and soft drinks available with the added bonus of the Bear Claw micro brewery next door if you want a pint which you can drink in either business or on seating outside.A very warm friendly place and we can't wait for our next visit.

Great place on a Saturday afternoon to buy delicious vegan quality food. Onion bhajis and a fantastic pint from Bearclaw next door.Warm and friendly service and cakes to die for.Inside and outside seating and dogs welcome outside.

Had previously been bought cake from here but not visited in person until now. Purchased a lemon and strawberry cake for a leaving party. A delicious cake and such beautiful attention to presentation. Didn't realise the Karmic Cakery is also a café and so close to Spittal Beach. Will definitely be back to sample the delicious lunch menu and perhaps a swift half from the micro brewery next door. A perfect little find.

Amazing vegan food in Berwick. All made fresh, super tasty. Sorry it’s taken so long to write a review! Had a lovely chat as well, very friendly and is a must visit if you’re nearby.

We visited the Karmic Cakery today and bought a really delicious brownie and muffin and a hot chocolate, it's a sweet little place, nice people, and the food was very tasty! :)We would really recommend this! (also for people who aren't vegan of course)

An amazing hidden gem in Spittal, just yards from the beach. Vegan cakes that will amaze with their flavour and look beautiful. Sold by the slice or order a whole cake for a special occasion. The savoury offerings are always delicious. Love this place and the friendly owner. A must if you are in Spittal on Wednesdays or Saturdays.

Great food and very welcoming. A real hidden gem just a hundred few yards away from the beach, and a couple of meters away from the Bearclaw Brewery and their amazing beers. Best vegan food in Berwick! :)
