Booked for 12:00 with Owen, I understand that haircuts don't take the exact time to finish. 12:15 he calls someone else up that's walked in rather than booked, I explained that I booked for 12 but for some reason walk-ins take priority over bookings and he couldn't care if I had booked. Wastes my break at work and 30 min drive, had to cancel as cant wait for another haircut to be done when I've got to work. Don't bother booking as it seems theres no point having the system in place according to Owen.

Been coming to Rays for my haircut for years now. They always make you feel comfortable and like it's a pleasure to cut your hair. All my haircuts from here have always been great, never any problems. I don't see any reason to why I need to go anywhere else. Rays is the place!

I have used this barbers for over 15 years now and this is by far the best in Uckfield and well worth walking to the top of the hill. Shirley is awesome and her team but highly recommend Shirley who doesn't just treat you as a number but as a friend too.

I arrived a couple of minutes before my booking. 22 minutes later there was still someone sitting in the chair I was supposed to be in. I think that person sat down only minutes before I arrived. What's the point of a booking system if it's not adhered to. Wasted my time and got on my nerves.

Booked in an appointment on Saturday morning for my 5 year old haircut. It's really easy to book through the booksy app! You can also just walk in, an appointment is not required.Brilliant barbers, really clean and well laid out. Staff all really friendly and chatty and a brilliant hair cut too!Very reasonable on price with no compromise on service or quality! Highly recommend!
