Would highly recommend people visit Clitheroe, it has a lovely market and loads of cafés, I love going to the ymca charity shop they have loads of bargains in there.

Excellent and very convenient short term parking very close to the castle, market and town centre shops. Very expensive if you want to park for more than 3 hours.

Picked this out as the handiest place to park whilst visiting Clitheroe Market and also taking the chance to have a look around Clitheroe centre and get a bite to eat for lunch. Would recommend the Colborne House cafe in the centre of town - excellent food and prices. As a bonus the car park machines were out of order so free parking for the day - win win .
