This is the second time we’ve purchased a pick up from Howards. The sales service was excellent and seamless. They organised the finance and all the additions we wanted for our vehicle, such as tow bar etc. The product, Ssangyong, also gives them advantage, delivering on quality through a 7 year guarantee or 150k mileage… these are the factors we looked at, not some prestige meaningless badge offering little guarantee for the quality of their product. It was somewhat of a shock to learn earlier this year that the then only Subaru dealer in West Wales had lost the dealership and after almost 25 years of Subaru ownership, I needed to consider the possibility of a complete change to another vehicle brand.I was very pleased when Howards contacted me to say that they had been granted the dealership for West Wales and I have not looked back since.
