Always buy from here but finds nothing professional for afro Caribbean hairdressing.Disappointing to say we have hundreds of afro salon in Nottingham. It's about time we see a mixture of hair products otherwise I'll think our business is not welcome

Honestly I’ve had it with this company. The people who work here have NO IDEA about the products they carry. Never can help me when I need it. Also I only ever use NXT colour and have always been given some sort of capital sticker... was told today that they have never done that... welp guess I’m a liar and the hundreds if not thousands of pounds I’ve spent in your store is in vain as I will change loyalties now. Such a shame as it’s right on my way home and easy for me to get to.

Always been more than happy with the customer service but today the Manger was extremely rude, I simply asked if a product was still available and his remarks were completely uncalled for, if I spoke to my customers in the same tone I wouldn’t have a business and I strongly advise he thinks about customer satisfaction in future, I had just spent £200 in store and had his comments came before my purchase I would have walked out
