Amazing place. They fix my bikes every time, no stress or problems. I have been using them for a while and it's nice to see one of a few dealers left doing ok. Prices are fair and would recommend anyone going there. If I was going to buy a Gas Gas or Kawasaki it would be from there.

Great team! Matt is very helpful and sorted an issue ive been having with My Yamaha 250 they tested the bike and sorted the issue with an hour the bike now runs the best it ever has and starts first kick thank very much top mechanics

Lack of knowledge and lack of honestyMr Pope advised me he was able to lower my Fantic 250 !! Brilliant so I arrange an appointment took the day off work and drove over 1 hour which he was fully aware of, I then receive a phone call 2 hours later from a receptionist advising me to collect my bike and that the work wasn’t performed and told me the bike couldn’t be lowered, completely stunned I call the main distributor of Fantic who easily told me only dealers were able to order the parts, surely Mr Pope experienced in the business should have known this, either way my time was wasted. Collecting my bike I took a long 20 minutes loading my bike onto the rack feeling a face to face apology was deserved but the spineless Mr Pope or his staff could grace me with their presence let alone apologise for the waste of 2 hours worth of fuel and 4 hours of my time.Good luck to anyone that using him your gonna need itShame you can’t rate lower than 1 star

Took my road registered enduro bike in to have £500 worth of work carried out. Jubilee clips were placed on new hoses incorrectly and leaked radiator fluid, a new front tyre was replaced that wasn’t for road use resulting in a failed MOT. Front disc was replaced and speedometer magnet was not placed back. Have contacted them about this to witch I’ve had no response. I wouldn’t bother with them from my experience

Professional and helpful.Welcoming atmosphere and a very interesting little shop with mostly off road bike relating stuff.He has saved my bacon several times. Bike battery, indicators chain and sprockets, bike cover ect.... the list goes on.Always remembers me and always ask about my bike and what have ive been up to this time.I do most of the work to my bikes myself. But believe me his number is always handy to have.Everything is responsibly priced. He will do what he can to help. Even if its just a phone call to ask advice on something.Highly recommended

Matt has always been my go to man for my suspension setup and needs. His expertise, knowledge and the help of KTECH settings really gives me confidence in knowing the job will be done right. Always a pleasure going to see the friendly bunch in the shop!

I took my rear tire into the shop on Saturday and was told it would only take a hour to fix, went back in 1 hour later and was told to come back in three days. When I took the tire in the second time (got a puncture from a thorn) they quickly replaced the inner tube and never removed the thorn so I’ve now got another puncture
